There was a misunderstanding, and Samuel came out even though I had not officially subscribed—but he still graciously completed the first poop pickup, sanitation, and deodorizing treatment at no charge. He was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. He also explained the products he uses and made sure I understood how the treatment works and that it would be safe for my dogs once dry. I truly appreciate his generosity and the care he puts into his business. Got the notice my home is ready to move into Wednesday. Contacted Sam and he cleaned our yard on short notice and did a great job!!! Highly recommend.”

“Upon meeting Sam for the first time, I found him to be pleasant and accommodating. He surprised me by presenting me with an unexpected gift for Bear, a toy that Bear continues to play with today. After cleaning the yard, I noticed Sam tying the bag containing the boogies. Since I only have weekly garbage services, I asked if he would take those with him, as I was concerned that the garbage can would become extremely smelly. Without hesitation, Sam agreed.”
